Hi I have recently migrated to a new domain within my company and need to update the email address but because I access using Single-Sign-On authenticating with my Microsoft O365 account I don't actually have a password on Lucidchart and therefore cannot make the change. How can this be resolved?
Also I tried the "Edit Profile" to add a new email address but when I try to verify it asks me to set a password which doesn't work because as soon as I do the message I get is "403 Forbidden Attempting a prohibited action"
