I have a chart.  It has multiple Shapes (boxes, rectangles, etc.).  In each shape there is text.  The text is a “topic” and has several text items I need below the topic, and I want to bullet them.  In Lucid, it appears I cannot press Enter to shift down to the next line inside of a Shape.  I must hit Shift+Enter.  When I do that, and then try to add bullets to the items below the topic, it only adds a bullet to the top and not the items.  I need it to look like this:

Deliver proposal

  • Create draft
  • Review draft
  • Finish

What it looks like is this:

  • Deliver proposal
    Create draft
    Review draft
    Finish

Hi @Scott C101, thank you for posting in the community! I'm happy to help!

You should be able to add new bullet points by pressing Control/Cmd + Enter.

For more information, please take a look at our Work with Text article from the Help Center. You can also find more of our Keyboard Shortcuts by navigating to Help > Keyboard Shortcuts in the editor.

I hope this helps! Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you @Leianne C!  CTRL+Enter works great.  And I will remember the Keyboard Shortcuts menu option for the future.

Thanks for the update, @Scott C101! Glad to hear that shortcut worked for you 🙌
