Why is it that when I give a link to my colleagues they need some kind of access?!
Previously before I bought a subscription I tried to share and no access was required from colleagues they just viewed what I shared with them and that's it. What is the problem at all?
Hi Rake thanks for posting! Could you clarify how you are sharing your documents and if your colleagues have Lucidchart accounts?
If you are publishing your documents they can be viewed by anyone with the published URL even if they don't have a Lucidchart account. If you are generating a shareable link or sharing via email (see this article for more information) your colleagues will need to join Lucidchart in order to view the document. Is that the access you're referring to?
