Hi

Just wondering how is access to Lucidchart docs controlled for view-only users. Do view-only users have access to all docs across our instance or just team docs or only to ones they're directly shared with etc...?

How is access controlled for full-licensed users?

Thanks!

Hi Japeth

Thanks for posting in the community! Lucid offers two types of licenses for Enterprise accounts: full-licensed (also referred to as "can-edit") and view-only. View-only users can access documents made by other users on their account but cannot create or edit them. View-only users will not automatically be able to see all documents across your instance- the document(s) shared folder(s) or team folder(s) will have to be shared with them.

Full-licensed users have full document creation and editing capabilities; please note that they (like view-only users) will not automatically be able to see all documents across your instance. They too will need to be provided access to document(s) shared folder(s) or team folder(s).

Thanks again for posting and I hope this helps!
