How do I sync the laptop version to ipad?

Is there a way to access the same template on Ipad and laptop rather than having to create a separate one for Ipad and another one for laptop?

If so how to do this please?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

I see that you also sent us a support request which was replied to yesterday.

For anyone else wondering about this topic please be aware that in order to use a template created on desktop on your iPad you need to make sure to convert your document to a template first by navigating to File>Convert to Template. You will then be prompted to rename the template. We recommend using a title that is easy to search.

Once you have converted your document to a template you should be able to open the Lucidchart App on your iPad select the orange and white + sign and select from template. You may need to search for the title at this point as it will pre-load all Lucid Templates!
