I understand how to link to another page within the same diagram.  But how do I link a shape to another diagram?  I want to click on a shape in one diagram and have another diagram open up.

Hey there! You can add a link to another diagram to a shape in your current Lucidchart document by right clicking and selecting Add Link, then choosing Document.

I also recommend this post that shows another way of doing so.

Finally, here are step-by-step instructions in our Add an Action or link to a shape in Lucidchart article from our help center.

Hi

I am on a Mac I added the Hotspot to a text to "go to" another page (within same doc) but it doesn't go to the specified page. I also tried inserting action -> page and same result. Both options lead to the option to adding a page link etc. pls help.

Andy

Hi Andy Thanks for continuing this thread! As this sounds like a document specific issue would you mind submitting a ticket using our Contact Support Form and providing the doc URL as well as a screenshot/screen recording so that we can take a closer look? Thanks!
