Whenever I create a new document (either through Duplicate or copying items from an existing one) it defaults to pixels in the document settings while the original is using inches.
Where do I change this so that it preserves document settings?
How do I copy to a new document without changing document settings?

Thanks for asking your question in the Community. You can change your preferences for all documents in your Account Settings. Select the Document Settings tab to choose which settings you'd prefer for each product -- there's a place under the Lucidchart tab to choose which page units you'd like to have as a default.
