How can I unlink and relink Jive and Lucidchart?

Hey Pedro!

Below are the steps to disconnect your Jive account from Lucidchart and then reconnect it to a different Lucidchart account. 

To disconnect:

1. Log in to your Lucidchart account that is currently linked to Jive


2. Go to the External Applications page under account settings


3. Check the box next to 'Jive' and then click the 'Remove' button. This will disconnect the account.

To Reconnect:

1. Log in to your Jive profile


2. Click on 'Apps' at the top


3. Select 'Lucidchart'


4. This will prompt you to login with an existing Lucidchart account or to create a new one


5. Success! You will now see your documents list.
