I just started using Lucid Chart. At first the arrows were working fine and automatically turned green or red based on yes or no. Then I was suddenly unable to access any arrows. I can draw straight black lines between shapes but no arrows. I have tried everything I can think of to get the arrows back to no avail.

Any idea what might have happened and how I can get the arrows back working?

Thanks

Update on my prior post. When the arrows returned (with conditional formatting) they have pointers on both ends. I can remove one pointer but this consistently makes the arrows point in the wrong direction.

Hi @KaiteO, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! You can format the line (change color, thickness, style, etc) by selecting it and then using the toolbar at the top of the canvas. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of your toolbar so I can better understand what you are seeing?

To see the “Endpoint” drop-down in the formatting toolbar, and more information about Lines and Arrows, check out our Add and style lines in Lucidchart article from the Lucid Help Center.

I appreciate your help and patience!
