I imported a draw.io diagram to lucidchart. The import is successful. However the imported diagram in lucidchart is blank.
The format of draw.io is xml.
The import had no error.
Can you help to give advise?

- Can you please verify the file is able to be opened correctly in Draw.io? If a file is the wrong file type or has some other issue that makes it an invalid file we will not be able to import it.
- If the file that you are trying to import is compressed please try to import an uncompressed version of the file OR if the file that you are trying to import is uncompressed please try to import a compressed version of the file. Sometimes switching between the different file types helps the import run more smoothly.
