Hello


I attempted to add a rather large emoji shape library to my most recent document this seems to have broken my account as I can no longer load / edit documents.


I need this shape library removed from my account ASAP so that I can get back to work as I am currently producing a time-sensitive document.


Any help or advice on resolving the matter would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart community! It seems like you have submitted a support ticket and we are already providing you with 1:1 troubleshooting on this issue.


For those who may be running into a similar issue here are the troubleshooting steps we would recommend to start off: 



  • Try opening your document in a private or incognito window. This will clear your cache and cookies and disable any extensions that could be interfering with your account.

  • Try connecting to a different network. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed and this step will help us eliminate that possibility.
