headshot photos format (pixel and resolution) to fit best in each shape

I cannot seem to find any posts about what size photos should be uploaded to ensure I'm capturing the "headshot" best. Even if I enlarge the shape of the employee card it doesn't change the amount of photo being shown.

I will be requesting that our 200+ employees submit a photo for their card and want to be able to give them the accurate photo pixels and resolution dimensions that will ensure I have the best from each individual.

Yes upload them to an org chart as an additional detail to the employee profile on the shape.

Thanks for getting back to me. We do not have set requirements for picture dimensions and resolution but we recommend that you use pictures files that are squared so that the images are centered.
