Good evening,

I’m trying to print a join of diagram illustration in exporting to PNG and I cannot do It from any way.

I tried a lot of times, of various way, exporting to image 160pp, image 300pp (always in mode restricted to selected objects with selected option “Cortar conteúdo não selecionado”), and I cannot do It. A error is showed with message “Ocorreu um erro e não foi possível baixar”.

The start size of my illustration objects has 3000px. After few attempts i downscale the size images, and even when I reduce to 2000px X 2000px (typical high res image), I cannot do it!!

Please Lucid, resolve this issue. I know that sometimes error can be occurs, mas this feature (Export diagrams to image PNG) is question of basic feature . Even more when the join of object has less than 2000px X 2000px!

I need to exports this artifacts to my business doc.

Thanks!

@Jbkisiolar this is a known issue. First, please refer to Export Your Lucid Documents.

Next, to help us investigate this further, could you please provide some additional details?

  • Are you getting any other error messages besides the 400 error code?

  • Does the import work if you lower the PPI to 160 PPI?

  • Does the issue happen with just this one document, or are you seeing it across multiple documents (and accounts, if applicable)? Do PNG exports work with any other documents, or is this issue specific to certain kinds of documents?

  • Do you have a large document?

  • What browser and version of browser are you using?

  • Are you using MacOS or Windows?

  • Is the page that you are trying to export a Master Page? If so, it will be omitted from the downloaded version of your document and you will need to convert it into a page before exporting. To do this, left-click on your Master Page tab and select "Convert to Page".

  • If possible, could you please provide the Document ID of the document that's failing to export?

Try exporting it to JPEG. If it’s only affecting one document, please try duplicating it (File > Duplicate) and attempt the export again from the copy. I would also recommend trying the export in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. Please also try the export again on another network, ensuring that you are on a strong, stable connection.

If the issue continues to persist, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message you are receiving along with a support PIN to a ticket to our Product Support team? For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.

Also, for anyone else who answers this thread later, the error messages were “Cut unselected content” and “An error occurred and the download could not be completed.”
