Why is my GCP import taking so long? Can I speed it up?
Hi there thanks for posting in the community! We use cloud provider APIs to import your resources. These API endpoints use your account credentials and are therefore bound to the API quotas of your cloud environment. We currently call these APIs as quickly as we can and in some cases may consume the available quota resulting in throttling from your cloud provider. When this happens we back off a bit and if possible continue importing at a slower pace.
Because our API calls are limited by available cloud provider quotas imports can only be as fast as the quotas allow. To increase your import speeds ensure there is space available on your quota.
