Hi Patty thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Just to make sure I am understanding your question correctly are you asking if rows in a Lucidchart table can be pinned/frozen? This is currently not possible in Lucidchart. However we're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. Would you mind adding your idea to our feature request form? Ideas submitted to this form are passed on to the product development team for their consideration.

You can however "freeze" whole shapes on the canvas using our lock/unlock feature. This allows you to lock down a shape's position size and/or style.
