Frames and containers not displaying in specific board
Hi Admins,
I have a large LucidSpark board full of sticky notes that I am trying to add frames or containers to. I get the outline that it is added, but it is not visible. Changing the line color or fill does nothing. I can, however, get frames and containers on other, smaller boards, so I know it is not user error. Different browsers also makes no difference.
Please help!

Good afternoon @cmueller,
What an interesting dilemma. Here are some things I would try to start with. I would try refreshing the board, but I don’t want to assume you haven’t already tried that.
I would also check to see if the arrangement of the shape is the issue, maybe it’s been sent to back? Right click on the frame or container you’ve added and navigate to arrange, then select bring to front or bring item forward.
Lastly, I would check to see if toggling webGL fixes the issue. If you go to the top menu, in the View section, then down at the bottom of the list for rendering toggle the option for webGL it might resolve the issue. Let me know if that fixes the problem for you.
If none of these work, and it is specific to the document as you mentioned, we might get our support team involved to look at the specific document you’re having the issue with to troubleshoot further.
Hi Shantel,
You were correct! The frame was arraigned behind the board. I was not the original creator of the board, so that makes sense, if it was set up differently.
I appreciate your help!
That’s great news! Thanks for letting me know it worked! Glad I could assist :)
