Formatting Text Within a Table/Cell

I am looking for help to format text within a cell.  I haven't found a way to add line breaks when entering text within a cell.  I seem to have this option when using a text box but not when adding text directly into a cell.  I am forced to add single spaces until the word wraps to the next line.  This makes it difficult to use bullets or numbering within one cell.

Hi John

Thanks for posting in the community! Using the standard enter key will take you to the next row but you can add a line break within a table cell by holding down your shift key and pressing enter. Feel free to continue this thread if you have any more questions!

Sadly this doesn’t work for text as bullet points - is there a way to type multiple bullet points in a table cell or is the only way to type outside the table and copy and paste in?

Hi @Jon Eland,

Thank you for your response in this thread! You are correct that this behavior doesn’t translate to bullet points in a table cell. Unfortunately the only way to type multiple bullet points in a table cell is to type your content with bullet points in a different document and copy and paste them in to your table cell.
