I already sent an email to you guys but haven't heard anything back for weeks. I hope this finds you well. I have an account for which I forgot the password but I don't have a way to get a password reset link because that email platform went bankrupt. Is there a way for me to access my account? and to reset my password? 


 


The account I'm using now to create this post is another account of mine that does not have a subscription.

It looks like a member of the Support team responded to your first email on 13th August and we replied to your follow-up email today. If you didn't receive these responses would you mind checking your spam/junk folder just in case they ended up there?
