Thanks for your post! You should be able to set a default font style and size in a document by simply selecting which style/size you'd like within the editor while making sure you don't have anything selected. Unfortunately there is not currently a way to set a different default style for each page tab in a document. If this is something you'd like to see added to Lucidchart in the future please submit a feature request form. Feedback submitted to this form is passed directly to our product development team for consideration.
