Thanks for posting your question in the Community! In Lucidchart you can set default text formatting by simply changing the settings (e.g. font size) while not having selected a shape on the canvas. These settings will apply to every subsequent shape you add to the document.

In Lucidspark it is currently not possible to set a default font and size that applies to every object in your document. However If you drag a shape out onto the canvas and then style it any future shapes you add will “remember” that style and will be created accordingly. To change the default style again simply repeat the process. I recommend checking out this community post for detailed on how do this.
