To verify I'm correctly understanding what you're experiencing the floor plan shapes within your document are not being printed but comments and text boxes are printed? Just to make sure that we are on the same page in regard to intended functionality please review our Print Your Document video from the Lucidchart Help Center and let me know if you have any questions about how to set your up document for successful printing.

If this resource doesn't help please try the export in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
