This is regarding adding uses for floating license. I am able to add only user number equal to number of license. we brought floating license. our understanding is we should be able to add n number of users.

Thanks for posting in the community. If I understand correctly you are not able to add view only users to your account? Because this deals with account specific information I am going to create a support ticket to help you.
