I am having the same issue. I cannot flip a mirror image of a line. And the rotate feature that was suggested does not work. Flipping a line is a great feature but currently this is unavailable.

There isn't a way to flip a mirror image of a line but you can reverse the direction of the line is using the "Swap Line Ending" tool (details here). Hope this helps!
