Hello there
Every time I creat a new document I need to choose again what shapes I want to use. I would like to define what shapes I want to use as pattern in order to always having the same shapes and when I create a new document don't need to enable shapes again every time.

Thanks for posting in the community. Unfortunately it is not presently possible to set default shape libraries in Lucidchart. To suggest this to our development team add it here.
As a workaround you can create a custom template that contains the desired shape libraries and use that template to create new documents. You can learn how to create a custom template in the Work with Templates help center article.
