Hi

May I know why the first slide I present is always a little zoomed out.

For example the box is against the top in the slide.

However when I present the box is not against the top.

If I press next slide and back slide again then the box will be against the top.

This happens also when I present in the middle of the slide (i.e. clicking the present button at the bottom). The slide I select to be presented is always a little zoomed out but is correct when I press next and back.

Is there a reason for this?

Hi Gynele

Thanks for reaching out to Lucid support. I was able to reproduce the issue you are seeing and have reported it to the development team.

In the meantime as a workaround I recommend that you either start your presentation on a test slide or design your slides so that it is less apparent if they are slightly shifted.

Hope this helps!

Has there been any resolution for this issue? I’m still experiencing this with my presentation. Thanks!

Hi @tg712 ,

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! I did some testing and it looks like that feature is still not working properly. I will keep this post updated as I hear back from our development team.

As a workaround, I recommend one of two options:

  • Start the presentation, click to the second slide and then go back to the first slide, as that will present it in the correct selection.
  • Start your presentation on a test slide.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
