SBKTelecom has produced massive documentation for one of our clients "Staples" over the last year detailing all aspects of their new branch WAN architecture among other things.

I today got news that Staples was also in the process of testing out LucidChart. The client was asking us if there was a way we could transfer these diagrams under their account or share RW access for Staples team to keep them up to date or evolve without them doing the work all over again. Obviously we have other clients on that platform and would like to know the way to export all their documents we are creating for them.

Hi Daniel

Thanks for reaching out in the Lucidchart Community! Lucidchart does not have a native way to transfer files between accounts. You can however drag all the documents you’d like to be transferred onto a single folder and share this folder with users or groups on your client's account which will then become collaborators on all documents on that folder. Lucidchart provides 4 tiers of sharing permissions you can choose from depending on how you would like those collaborators to interact with the document – “Can edit and share” “Can edit” “Can comment” and “Can view.” You can also set different permissions for each collaborator and adjust them at any time.

To go over the details of this process and learn more about the several collaboration tools available in Lucidchart I’d recommend checking out our Collaborate and Share article from the Lucidchart Help Center.

Hope this helps!
