So I exported a diagram as a transparent PNG and the result is in grey color instead of the original black I used in the app:

Since this is related to your document I'm going to move this post to a private ticket so that I can take a closer look. Thanks for your help and patience!
For anyone else with problems with exporting your documents please submit a ticket here along with a screenshot of the problem and the URL of the document you're not able to download.
