noob - How do I export a multi-layer hotspot diagram to a format that does not require lucidchart to view - like a powerpoint/mindmap I can send to someone as a sales/educational presentation?

Thanks for your post. There are multiple ways that you can export your document. You can export your diagram in a variety of different formats by clicking File > Download As. I recommend checking out this article for more information on this.
If you would like your chart to be more a slideshow-type presentation you can create a presentation and then export to Google Slides.
You can also publish your document on the web so that people who do not have access to Lucidchart can view your document.
