Hi, I am a student and having trouble with Lucid. I don’t have access to Lucid every time I click the link to my assignment page. My assignment will be due on September 8, 2025 and I haven’t started it yet because of this problem.

Thank you for contacting Lucid Support and for sending over that screenshot. To help me get a better understanding of the issue, could you please answer the following questions:

  • Were you able to open the Lucid document embedded in the assignment before using a new password?
  • Are other students in your class also experiencing this error? 
  • Can you send a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).

     

Additionally, I recommend reaching out to your instructor to confirm whether or not they have deleted the document on their end. Thank you in advance for your help and patience.
