I imported via CSV the schema for a ERD I got the diferent databases and their corresponding tables when I drag 2 related tables from same database it links the correctly the foreign keys but if I drag two related tables from diferent databases the relation does not link the two tables and it instead of FK as relation I got AK without conecting to the corresponding table.
Is there a way that that could work ?
Also is it possible tu import table comments to the ERD (sql) ?

Unfortunately that is expected behavior. The way we import does not allow for associations between two different database imports. Both that and your comment import idea would be great feature requests however if you are interested in giving your feedback.
