ERD import from SQL error: "We couldn't parse the output you provided"

I am receiving the below error when trying to import a csv of the query output.

Hi Brody thank you for contributing to the Lucid community. I would love to help you troubleshoot this error with our ERD import feature. If you are creating your ERD manually and you are experiencing trouble please respond with a detailed description of what you are tyring to build and a screenshot of the issue so I can better understand what is occurring.

As a first step to rule out possible browser interference I suggest retrying this process in an incognito browsing session. Sometimes extensions or cache/cookies problems can interfere with Lucidchart's ERD import.

If the issue persists please send the following information:

  • The name of the DBMS you are attempting to import from.
