Hi Ray
Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Rows retuning "NULL" values should not be na issue and your CSV headers seem compatible with what's expected for a CSV file generated from a SQL Server scheme as you can see from the screenshot of the sample CSV file below:
It's unfortunately not possible to attach a CSV file to our community platform. However I would be happy to send that sample file over to you via a support ticket. As as a first step before moving to one-on-one troubleshooting would you mind attempting the import in a private or incognito window? This will help us rule out any interference from your browser's extensions or cache and cookies.
If the issue persists this is likely an account specific problem. In this case could you submit a support ticket through this contact form making sure to include the following information:
- A screenshot of the error message or the issue that you are describing.
- The .csv file or plain text output received from your DBMS after running the query provided by Lucidchart.
This will help us to take a closer look at the issue. Thanks!
Hi
I have the same error. Should I open another thread or this is correct. In my case the parsing goies fine but nothing is imported.
I chose you because of this feature now I doesn't work. Im not he only one havoing this issue please delete this option until u correct it.
I really feel scammed dissapointed as my ER diagram is urgent.

@flavia d I cannot open a ticket from the link you provided?
Also the example files don't seem to be available on your main documentation.
I tried other browsers other locations incognito mode all plugins disabled etc
I checked my formatting against yours and it seemed the same in that the syntax was correct and expected data was right.
But eitherway it just refused to import.
Hi Silvia
Thanks for continuing this thread and so sorry for the trouble! When importing your database structure into Lucidchart the ERD diagram won't automatically show up on your canvas. Our ERD feature uploads all of your database tables and schemas directly to your Toolbox on the left of your canvas and you can then select the tables you want to display on your diagram and drag them out. Lucidchart will then draws relationship lines between foreign keys and primary keys in related tables.
Would you mind double-checking if your data is in the ERD Import toolbox at the left of your canvas and if so trying to drag them out onto the canvas?
To learn more about out ERD feature and how to take the most out of this feature I would recommend reading through our Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) article from the Lucidchart Help Center.
Hope this helps! If you are still unable to find the data you imported please submit a support ticket through this contact form and make sure to include your document URL so we can take a closer look and investigate further.
