Hi

I have configured SAML on both our IDP and lucidchart but I am seeing 
"Your team is not configured for SAML. Please have your team admin contact support."

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community. The error you're seeing typically indicates that your SAML domain in the Lucid Admin Panel and the domain set for the Lucid app in your IDP do not match. If you need further assistance please contact us via support@lucidchart.com so we can help investigate.
