Employee terminated but need access to their documents

I am the owner and admin of this Team I had to let go one of my team members so I want to transfer his documents to me and assign the license to the future employee. I can't see any of his documents and its driving me crazy. There is no number to call either.

Sorry for the delayed response! When you delete a user from your team you will be prompted to either:


1. Transfer the documents to you the Account Owner


2. Transfer the documents to another member of the team


Or


3. Delete the documents along with the user. 


I don't think this is correct - at least the owner of folders remains the original owner.

As the account owner on a team account if you choose to transfer the documents during the user deletion process you will indeed take ownership of the document(s) from the original owner. If you are having any issues with this please do let us know.
