I have a unique question. We would like to show our organization chart on a tiered system where each tier represents roles/responsibilities. Whereas we have directors that have managers working for them which would show them at a tier below but also have non managers reporting to the director. We don't want to show managers and non managers on the same tier but a line showing that they report to the director. Can this be done?

Thanks for reaching out on Lucidchart Community! At the moment what you are describing is not currently supported in Lucidchart. However our development team is constantly looking to improve our features with user feedback especially with features as popular as the org chart. Could you add your request using our feature request form? Our development team uses that to track which features customers want most and prioritize their work.
