Embedding a live link in Google Docs

I have created a copy of our Org Chart in LucidChart.  I am trying to embed a view of the chart in our quality manual (which I sometimes have to submit to outside organizations as PDF or *ugh* paper so a link would be clunky).  I would really like to have the view update automatically so I do not have to update the image as we make changes to the Org Chart.


I have figured out how to get the image of the Org Chart into the document but it doesn't change when I make changes to the Lucidchart file.  Is there a way to do that?

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you want to live update your Lucidchart Diagram within your Google Doc is that correct? To do this Go into Add-ons > Lucidchart Diagrams > Update Inserted Diagram. Please let me know if this helps!
