Is it possible to customize the “Contact Role” options when using the Local Account Map template?  This field is part of the “Sales Contact” object

Thank you for posting in the community! It's not possible to customize the “Contact Role” directly within Lucid. This is because these roles are pulled from your Salesforce instance and its possible they were set up by your Salesforce admin or sales manager. To make any changes, this will need to be done through Salesforce.
