I have created a lot of lucidchart diagrams over the last few years.

Today when I tried to create a new lucidchart diagram lucidchart logged me via OKTA and then created a new account for me. My past lucidchart diagrams are now read-only to me. The original lucidchart account should also be associated to my email address. My IT team redirected me to ask the question here.

Is there anyway the new lucidchart account can be deleted and I could login back to my original account? I have not created any document in the new lucidchart account and I do not want to lose edit-access to my old lucidchart diagrams.

Hi Aditya thanks for posting in the community!

If you are able to see your documents but not edit them it's possible you have been added as a view-only user to your organization's enterprise account. I have most this post to a ticket so we can assist with your issue via email.

If anyone else is experiencing this issue please request a license via the popup that appears when you log on. You can also open a document and click on the orange banner at the top of your document.
