How can I lock components within the red box and drag the whole box closer to the blue box.
Otherwise it just drags the red frame leaving all the inside components in its original place.

Thank you for posting in the Lucid community! Our sincere apologies for the delayed response on this thread - I wanted to follow up in case this answer may still be useful to you and to provide a solution for other users who see this thread in the future.
Drag to select the shapes you would like to move at the same time (OR hold shift and click each shape) then right-click. From here select Group. Now you should be able to move all selected shapes at the same time. I have attached a gif that will walk you through these steps for reference!
