For Paid subscriptions to Lucid is the software available to download so our proprietary diagrams are not saved on the cloud but on our servers?

Hi Robert. Thanks for your post and great question. Lucidchart is a cloud-based platform and as such it isn’t possible to download the software itself to a private server. However you can export and download each diagram individually. You can read more about that in our Export/Download Your Lucidchart Documents article.
