Hi there I'm trying to download all the files associated with one specific user. We have a corporate account so there's multiple users associated with it. But i only want to download the files for one specific user and preferably in one go without having to download each single file individually. Is there a way of doing this?

While we currently do not offer a way to bulk export documents you can use the Document Discovery tool in the Admin panel if you are an Account Owner or Document Admin! This tool will allow you to search all documents owned by your particular user. From there you can open each document and export it. Or you also have the ability to transfer ownership of those documents to yourself or another user!
