Question

I have signed up for the free version of Lucidcharts through Microsoft office. I can’t find where I can download the app on my desktop. The only option I have is to open Lucidchart for Microsoft teams. This screen is small and to my knowledge does not have all the options.

Can someone tell me how I download Lucidchart on my desktop?

I have an Acer Swift 3 laptop.

Hi @gmg.horsten, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Just to make sure I understand your request you are trying to open your Lucid account in your computer? If so you can do thatby opening yourbrowser > navigating toLucid login page> inputing your email and password. If this is not working for you could you send a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing so we can take a closer look? Thanks for your help and patience!
