When I log on to Lucid via SSO, I have found that the required domain name is case-sensitive:

  •  If I give Xxxx.com as the domain an error occurs and I cannot log on.

  •  If I give xxxx.com as the domain then I can log on successfully.

Is it possible to have the SSO log-on domain name field processed case-insensitively?

Hi @Ian Marshall

SSO login domain name field case-insensitive depends on the specific implementation of SSO in your organization and Lucid's configuration.

As we all pretty much aware that SSO systems typically rely on exchanging data between your organization's directory and Lucid's platform, and how that data is handled including case-sensitivity is determined by the technical setup.

Thank you very much and have a great one!
