I have topology data in the form of python dictionaries can I create flow diagram based on this data or any other data format using api's?

Thanks for posting in Lucidchart Community! Unfortunately based on what you've described we don't support an API that completely fulfills your use case. However our list of available APIs can be accessed here if you wish to review the available resources.
If there's specific API functionality you'd like to see added to Lucidchart in the future would you mind adding your idea to our product feedback area of the community? We are continuously looking for how we can make our product more useful and effective for our users and ideas submitted there are passed on to the product development team for their consideration.
