Adding links to the Team Hub in Lucid chart doesn't automatically grant team members access to the linked document. The Team Hub is a shared space, but it doesn't alter document permissions.

To share documents with your team, make use of the below options:

• Use the Share button or navigate to File -> Share Document
• Invite collaborators via email, link, or Join ID
• Set permission levels for team members (view, comment, or edit)
• Create a shareable link with security controls for broader access
• For team-wide sharing, make use of the below,

- Create team folders per its terms.

Sharing settings are separate from adding links to the Team Hub you can always verify and adjust. based on your need.
