I did not see any information about the file not saving. Note that I have tried renaming some of the files that have the default name and renaming did not succeed.
I am still not able to find the missing file. If you can help. I did manage to export one of the tabs, so I know the file was saved earlier.

Below are a few additional steps I recommend trying first as well, which will help me in determining the problem. Would you mind confirming that you’ve attempted the following?
Double check that you’re in the right account. Sometimes users will use single sign on while signed into a different email account, which can produce errors. I suggest that you make sure you've checked any and all Lucid accounts that might be under your email address(es).
It is easy to accidentally delete documents. Could you please check that the documents aren’t in your trash? If the document is in the trash, check out this Community post (in English).
If the documents were shared with you and now you no longer see them in your account it is possible that whoever shared it with you rescinded your access. We would recommend reaching out to whoever owns the document to have them re-share it with you.
Your documents might be hiding in your browser history. If you carefully look through your browser history when you last worked on the document, you might be able to find it. If you are able to find it please send us the URL and that could help us track it down.

I can only login via SSO, so incognito mode or accessing via another computer will not work. I only have one network to connect to.

I apologize for the confusion regarding the name - do you have an example of what you’ve attempted to name one of your documents that keeps reverting back to the title of ‘blank document’?

I am looking for an example. All of the blank ones are now blank. I did manage to copy one of them and the name stuck. The name of that file starts with “Copy of H-1B...” I’m not sure if when a file is copied it points back to the origina?

Looking in our system, I’m seeing two documents with the word ‘Aderant’ associated with your account. One of them is titled ‘Aderant Drive Architecture Diagram Details’ and the other is titled ‘Aderant Drive Architecture Diagram’, but it appears they are owned by another user. It appears you have view-only access to both documents. Are either of these what you are looking for? To find these documents in your account, I recommend searching the top left bar as shown below. If you run into difficulty, I would be happy to help you further.
