We worked on some process models for a client and now that the engagement has ended we need to transfer all the maps/ its ownership to them. The client has their own instance of LUCID Charts.
How do we transfer the files to them permanently so that:
1. The client has full ownership and rights of the models we prepared in their environment
2. We are not able to make any further changes to the files that we have created

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! There are a couple options for you here that should meet the needs of your specific use case:
1. Share the files with the client. The client can then create a copy of the document(s) by going to file > duplicate and then the client will be the owner of that copy. Once the client has confirmed that the copy has been made you could then delete the document(s) on your end.
2. You could export the documents (export options here) and share them with the client and then delete the documents on your end. If the client wishes to re-import these documents into their account they have these import options.
