Document got deleted from folder

Hi there

Thanks for reaching out on the Lucidchart community. Once a document has been deleted you have seven days to restore it from the trash before it is permanently deleted. After the seven days the document has been permanently deleted and you cannot recover it. I apologize for the trouble. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Where is the trash folder? one of my charts has disappeared and I am hoping it got deleted by mistake and still somewhere to recover it.

Thanks for posting in the community! If you have items in your trash it'll appear in the left-hand menu:

If you don't see the trash folder or the doc is not in your trash it's also possible that your document is hiding in your browser history. If you carefully look through your browser history when you last worked on the document you might be able to find it.
