Hi @courtney o thank you again for posting in the community - I'm happy to help! There are a few different ways to check who the creator of a document is.

If you are looking for this information in your documents list you can right-click a document and select 'Show Details'.

This will open a details panel on the right of your documents view and from there it will display the Owner of the document in the list of details.  

Alternatively if you are within a document that you can edit and you would like to check who the creator is you can navigate to Insert > Creator Name. This will insert a text box with the creator's name onto the canvas.
