I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly...

As I understood the License Terms and Privacy Policy (yes I actually read both) it's completely up to me how I use the content I create. I can publish or use it anywhere I want is that right?

The problem is I heard from someone who had a problem because he uploaded something he created in a program (I don't know what program though) and the owner was legally the company which owns the program. He got in a lot of trouble because he didn't ask for the permission of the company. So I just want to make sure it's totally fine with you although everything I heard about (and tried myself in) Lucidchart is excellent.
